Sneaky Sausage Rolls MB Newsletter reader Melissa O'Hanlon writes: "Here's a groovy recipe for the difficult monster babies that don't like vegies (but who does?). Great for the whole family not just little monsters - my monsters (Master 5 and Miss 3) love these. I hope all the other little monster babies (and mummies and daddies) enjoy them. PS: you can put any vegies in these." Ingredients: 2 Sheets of frozen Puff Pastry (cut in half) 500g mince meat 1 small zucchini, grated 1 small carrot, grated ¼ of pumpkin, grated 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tablespoon milk Method: Preheat oven to 200 C. Line baking trays with non-stick paper. Thaw pastry, then combine all other ingredients (besides milk) and mix well. Divide and shape mixure into four pastry-length sausage shapes, then place in the middle of each pastry and fold. Cut rolls into 5-6 pieces.
